Stop Guessing and Know
LEVEL TEMPERATURE INTRUSION CONDITION
With the IntelliStick Maintenance Master Oil Condition Monitoring system for vehicles you have an onboard, real-time, level, intrusion, temperature and oil condition sensor monitoring your oil.
Don’t let low oil, water intrusion or engine failure take you off the road. Protect yourself, your equipment and your business, know the condition of your engine. Serious trucks work for a living and an engine re-build is never fun. One rig or a hundred, downtime means lost wages…dissatisfied customers… and thousands of dollars in repairs.
Know what your oil is doing without lifting the hood!
The In telliStick system can be easily installed into almost any vehicle. The vehicular analyzer can read oil condition, read temperature and detect intrusion with either a Dipstick or Threaded Sensor. Alerts and oil temperature are displayed on a gauge that conveniently installs in, or under the dashboard. There is an option for single users and small fleets which communicates wirelessly with your PC, laptop or Smartphone. There is also an RS232 option for fleets which have a digital telemetry system on their vehicles.
IntelliStick Intrusion and Oil Condition Monitor can save you from a serious breakdown, optimize oil changes & maintenance, protect the business, and keep your truck, fleet or HD equipment on the job. IntelliStick MAINTENANCE MASTERMIND with dash gauge, 2 probes (Dipstick for level & temperature, ½” Threaded sensor for condition, and intrusion detection), communicates with your PDA, smartphone or laptop for condition-based maintenance

The IntelliStick analyzer stores data from the last four weeks when installed as instructed. When the PC or Smartphone is within range of the selected IntelliStick unit, it will establish Bluetooth communications. This takes between 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the connection strength. The PC or Smartphone will then download previous data and continuously monitor the IntelliStick unit for as long as it remains in range.
It is best to retrieve data from the IntelliStick unit via the PC or Smartphone at least twice a week to have up-to-date information on your oil condition. Looking at the display on the PC or Smartphone, you can tell what stage of the oil life cycle.
Alarms:
The Electronics box has two lights:
The Green Light flashes to indicates power - long flashes indicate that it is communicating.
The Red Light is an alarm. Its causes include:
- Oil level loss. This includes removal of the probe from the oil pan.
- Coolant Intrusion into the oil
- Any other sort of contamination of the oil that causes an unusual response.
The red light will turn off when the cause of the alarm is gone.
If the PC or Smartphone running the IntelliStick Monitor program is in range of the IntelliStick, then a message box will appear on the screen displaying some information about the alarm condition.
If alarm conditions have occurred previously, the IntelliStick Monitor program will show a message the first time it connects afterwards.
