Return Policy
If your IntelliStick does not fit your vehicle or equipment or you are otherwise dissatisfied with its operation, please call 1-888-812-5988 to request a refund and Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To qualify for a refund, (1) the RMA number must be obtained within 30 days of the date of original purchase, (2) the product must be returned to IntelliStick, along with dated proof of purchase, within 15 days following your receipt of the RMA and (3) the returned product must not have been physically abused or otherwise handled or used in a manner inconsistent with the instructions accompanying the product. IntelliStick will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. The refund does not include any shipping or labor costs. For your protection, IntelliStick recommends that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment. IntelliStick is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
